Purpose:

A screener designed to identify students at risk for dyslexia or specific learning difficulties in reading. This tool provides an initial indication of whether further comprehensive assessment is warranted.

What it measures:

It draws on specific WIAT subtests to assess core skills linked to dyslexia, including: phonological processing, decoding and word reading, spelling/encoding, orthographic processing, reading fluency

30–45 minutes (depending on age and number of subtests administered)
